Ampelite are manufacturers and distributors of the full range of Ampelair ventilators for the Australian market. Sizes range from 150 mm throat to 600 mm. All models (both metal and aluminium) have heavy duty construction and performance. The design of the aerofoil vanes and centrifugal force prevents the entry of rainwater. Dampers for seasonal control are available to suit all sizes. Using ventilators to extract the hot air trapped between ceiling and roof in airconditioned buildings reduces the load on airconditioning plant and lowers power use by up to 50%. Capacity tables and formula to calculate the number of vents needed are available.
