VELUX – ELECTRIC OPENING SKYLIGHTS

The VELUX VSE Electric Opening Skylight provides the convenience of remote control and built-in sensors to detect rain whilst providing the comfort and energy savings of fresh air and natural daylight.

Where the roof pitch is below 15° pitch, the skylight needs to be raised and will require a custom flashing.

VELUX VSE is available in a range of sizes and includes the following features:

• Available in 9 different sizes
• Insect screen fitted as standard
• Interior wood frame and sash painted white
• High-performance double glazing as standard, with NEAT™ outer coating, reduces cleaning frequency
• Outer aluminium capping (grey)
• Has a smooth, low profile that does not obstruct the roofline

The VELUX VSS Solar Powered Skylight offers the comfort and energy savings of free daylight and fresh air.

The VSS is the ultimate skylight solution and features an inbuilt solar panel that captures all the sunlight automatically recharging the concealed battery that powers the control system.

Add the convenience of rain sensor and remote control and you have the perfect skylight.

VELUX VSS is available in a range of sizes and includes the following features:

The VELUX VS Manually Opening Skylight provides the convenience of insect-free ventilation, as it comes with a pre-installed insect screen, whilst providing the comfort and energy savings of fresh air and natural daylight.

VELUX VS is available in a range of sizes and includes the following features:

• Insect screen fitted as standard

• Operated by winder handle or by rod for out-of-reach situations (sold separately)

The VELUX FCM Flat Roof glazed Skylight is a natural daylight solution that can block heat build-up and UV rays. It has a new smoother profile that sits lower on the roof and a maintenance-free aluminium frame with a condensation drain.

The VELUX FCM Flat roof skylight will require a custom flashing.

VELUX FCM is available in a range of sizes and includes the following features:

• Laminated glass that will not fade or discolour
